Doesn't allow you to search for products offered in store to check for pricing or availability. Should be renamed Kinney Drugs: Prescription s and Coupons because that is pretty much all that it offers.

New version of app works with latest Android. But before that, app had not been updated in three years and did not work despite numerous complaints in these reviews. And trying to refill prescriptions online didn't work either; it wanted to verify using a phone number I stopped using years ago, with no other verification option. With these indications that Kinney isn't very interested in serving its pharmacy customers well I started getting new prescriptions at Wegmans and am using Kinney only for refills while they last.

The web app works great! The developer has attempted to make the phone app work the same, but it is very buggy and needs major work. It will be a good app if they can work out the bugs, but right now it sucks pretty bad.

Kinney Drugs keeps stopping. that's the title of a box that pops up when I open the app. I have the choice of App Info, Close App or Send Info. Android Pie, Galaxy S9. It appears this app hadn't been updated in years and will not work with android Pie. Hello? Kinneys, you there??

APP totally stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus phone. Now I can't renew my prescriptions without calling the store. Looking at other similar reviews, it's been months since this issue was first reported, and NOTHING has been done to remedy the situation. 😡

app stopped working sometime ago, SEVERAL reviews have reported this. A reinstall has NOT solved the problem. I would advise Kinney Drugs to FIX the app NOW, or I'll spend my money at a different Pharmacy/Drug Store that knows how to hire a qualified I.T. Department.
