Just from looking at the app. I already don't like it. I can't add other family members to get their refills, can't find my list of meds. The previous app I had for the pharmacy you bought out was better than this. Well this app is no longer compatible with my android phone. So I removed it & can't even find the new one in google play store. I guess you have to have a certain version of phone to find it. My DIL has an iPhone & she found the app fine but not for the android. I've very disappointed. I wouldn't even give this 1 star.

Worked great for 3 years.Samsung update broke my Food City Pharmacy app. worked just fine before the Android update. that stinks. .... 4-15-19. still isn't working..crashes on opening. someone please troubleshoot. scanning a barcode to refill a Rx is so much easier than calling. pls fix. tks! kip

This app is really useless. It is not user friendly at all, and unlike the Wal-Mart pharmacy app you can not track your prescription refills. It is just as easy to call the store and use the automated system for refills and save the space on your phone. I uninstalled it almost immediately. I do not recomnend this one at all.

Keeps crashing on me. I uninstall, then install again, but still crashes. Need a better site to refill my prescriptions. May have to change pharmacies. Do you all not even read these? Tons of people are telling you there is something wrong and you do nothing to fix it.

Pointless! Dropped off a script, figured I'd set up the app to check when its filled....NOPE! Unlike nearly EVERY OTHER app for prescriptions, this one requires a rx # BEFORE it will let you even create an account. This rx will be my last at FC, I'm transferring my refills and ALL subsequent meds to CVS, at least their app is useful.

App worked fine for me on android 6, but it won't open on android 9. Looks like the last update was to add android 6 compatibility 3 years ago. Update: Shortly after my review they released a new version that appears to function well.
