I'm done. This is the second time I will delete this app. It is not user friendly, at all. I can't even see what prescriptions are ready or not. The cursor just spins and spins and nothing happens. I give up.

Nice store and pharmacy, but an app that rarely works at all. Problems to numerous to even remember them all.

This used to be a great app but when I got the recent Android update for my Galaxy 8, the app crashed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it just does not work. Developer, Please update your app! 5/11/19 Same problem. The Play Store should just remove this app because it does not work on Android phones and it appears that nothing is being done to fix it since the last update was January, 2017. Renewing prescriptions by phone is so inconvenient. I may just transfer them.

I've used this app for years without any problems! Since my Samsung Note 9 updated a few months ago, the app crashes everytime I try to open it! I see a lot of people are having this issue! UPDATE 5/26/19....this app is still not working on my phone! It immediately crashes everytime I try to open it! Uninstalling & reinstalling does no good!! I see others are still having this problem also! Why hasn't it been fixed?

I have used the app for years, I even just recently got my mom to transfer her medications to make it easier on me since I handle her meds. Low and behold the app crashes when the new "Brookshire store app" changed. please fix the problem, I dont want to move my accounts, but I got to do what's best and easier for me and my family. Get it together, ya making me look bad...

The app was great...when it worked...now all it does is kicks me out or won't let me in at all...it say the app has stopped working...please fix this issue so I and others can use it again and maybe give more than 1 star.. I reinstalled the app and was hoping it would work but it doesn't. It still has the same problem even though its updated..I really loved the app when it was working. I wish they would take these reviews seriously and fix the issues.
