I've used this app for a couple of years and it worked well for my needs. I don't need to store prescriptions in it or check to see if my meds are ready. My pharmacy calls me when they're ready. However, I can no longer use it because my pharmacy switched to a QR code instead of barcode label, and the app doesn't allow enough space to manually type in the prescription number.

There's a couple things wrong with this app. 1. It needs a lock screen that requires a pin code to get into. 2. A saving list of meds would be nice so you don't have to continually put the code in with a one tap on it again to reorder and the last date of order. 3. A section so other members of household are in there separately with there med list.

What happened to being able to see your history??? I was once able to see all the prescriptions that I had refilled over the past few months but when I got a new phone and downloaded this app again, I can only send requests. No history, no looking to see if the prescription is ready.... only send new requests... I once was able to send requests from my history which was great since I am not home during the day and never have the barcodes with me during business hour.... please fix this issue!

Dont waste your time on this app. No matter which way I try to order a refill, it will not go through. Un/Re-installed twice. Completely useless. In response to your suggestion, my pharmacy gave me the paperwork and advised I could use the app instead of calling them for refills. As long as I had the rx#....

Love this app. If I need a refill on Monday I can use this app on Sunday. Then they notify me Monday when its filled. I pick it up on my way home from work. I don't have to remember calling it in at work, because it's already sent in !!

It works for sending in refill requests, but I'm not able to "check back later" to see if it has been filled or not like the app tells me to. I can only send requests, nothing else. Yet I'm supposed to be able to do a bunch more stuff.
