ELECTRICITY TO GO – CHARGING WITHOUT DETOURS!
We bring electro-mobility on to Europe’s roads: with a large, steadily expanding network of public and semi-public charging stations – so you are easily mobile in the future!

STATION FINDER
With eCharge smartphone app you can easily get access to thousands of charging stations worldwide. The practical station finder on the overview map shows you exactly where to find the nearest available charging station.

ACTIVATION VIA SMARTPHONE
Simply activate the charging station via app and your customer data will be transmitted via smartphone to the respective charging station. After a successful verification, the charging session will start immediately. That way you get your selected charging tariff easily at publicly available charging stations. Moreover, you can track the amount of power charged and the charging status on your smartphone.

Of course you may also use the app without a contract and still start charging sessions in a quick and comfortable manner. Simply choose a payment method that fits you. You may choose between credit card, PayPal or enter a voucher code. eCharge will show you comfortably and transparently, which charging stations are supporting direct payment methods.

COMFORTABLE AND ACCURATE BILLING
The charging station sends the verified charging data via your contract account to your contract provider. You then receive your bill by mail from your provider.
In case of direct payment methods, billing information is shown on your smartphone before the charge begins.

CHARGING
Simply plug the charging cable into your vehicle and connect the other end to the charging station and follow the instructions within eCharge. To choose the correct charge point either enter the charge point ID (e.g. BA-xxxx-x) located on the charger, use the app to scan the QR code also located on the chargers panel or choose a charge point on the map. As soon as a charge is initiated and energy may flow through the cable, both cable ends will be locked so the cable cannot be removed by anyone but you. Leave your car to charge and go to work, do your shopping or relax over a cup of coffee with friends.
Should your plans change, you can stop charging at any time thanks to state of the art battery technology – battery and car share your flexibility!!

VIEW CHARGING PROCESS
During your charging process you may check the current state of your charge. That way you don’t need to be at your car to see, if your vehicle is fully charged already.
The amount of charged power and the status of your charge are updated constantly. Simply add your vehicle data within your profile in eCharge to get detailed information – e.g. estimated duration until your vehicle is fully charged depending on your charging capacity and the battery’s current state of charge.
