I am using this with Canon 200D. Works well on USB and WiFi. I have moved from Canon Camera Connect to this app and find it to be a major upgrade. One concern is the inability to geotag pictures using smartphone GPS which was possible in Camera Connect. It would be nice to have that functionality in this app too.

I'm using Nikon z6ii. The connection was flawless but the autofocus or touch to focus is really really bad. Kindly fix that

Everything works well, only live view with high latency. USB connection. Can you somehow influence this?

Excellent app. At last I can control my Canon DSLR remotely.

Doesnt work with the phone's camera. While "Control your camera with your phone" and "control your DSLR and other cameras" imply a feature outside normal smartphone functionality, it does not exclude the onboard hardware. I am not a progammer so it seems equally plausible to me that an app that can control an external camera could easily include an integrated one. I accept that one star is an unreasonably harsh for what ammounts to an excessivly terse blurb.

Hi guys. I have it a 4 start because I believe it will work well. But im experiencing user error here.. Im not yet able to download the app. Ive clicked automatic connection but it constantly scanning for camera. Theres a manual connection option and a space bar where I can enter a number. What number am I looking for? I have searched all over for a tutorial but haven't found one. Can you show me what im doing wrong and where I can find one? Thanks in advance. Doug.

This app will use foregroundservices in certain situations to keep the connection between phone and camera alive. You can run the app in background in these situations or turn the screen off. The following features use a foregroundservice: intervall captures, focus stacking, downloading files.
