This has to be the worst hotel app ever. Absolutely unusable, unintuitive, clumsy interface. Confusing and annoying. A very poor reflection on a good hotel chain.

absolutely terrible , server does not respond leading to instant app crash , do not download.

Wouldnt let you proceed with the install without allowing push notifications to be sent. I only wanted to use it to order room service as reception would not answer the phone...
