The Registration process never completes. At the account verification stage (OTP stage) I only get the message that the service you are trying to connect to is not responding at the moment. At first I thought it may have been an issue in my phone but now again I am trying with a different phone and still get the same issue. Very buggy App. not recommended

Excellent app. User friendly and convenient as everything you need is at your fingertips. Only downside with the app is that it's not possible to top up Salik credit through online payment (the only option available is to use scratch card). This additional feature would make the app flawless.

Terrible bugs every single day!! Either it logs you out or it's not responding.. you can reinstall the app billion times - nothing changes .... the worst thing that happens is that SMS sometimes is not working either... please, fix the apps and make then serve the purpose! Otherwise so many fines have been issued on false note..

One of the worst apps I ever used. Ridiculous UI always some bugs or errors. Never get notified about my parking expiration in time or not getting them at all. Will better stick to SMS payments. Uninstalling.

Salik can't be topped up using debit card, therefore i have to use separately the salik app. Additionally, the app doesn't have the option to save your details when checking if you have a fine. You need to re-enter your plate number etc every time. And finally, i found that the parking code is not always accurate, and when it's not i didn't find a way to change the automated one.

Absolutely horrible experience: slow, crashes all the time. Spent 15 mins trying pay for the parking, then paid cash and app has charged me after I paid cash
