Not impressed,still. WHY do I need to register to get a taxi. And WHY does the reset password not work. Have requested 20 reset in the last hour and got..... yes, none. Useless.

What a horrible app. If you are lucky enough to get a cab then it takes forever, drivers are poorly trained and the app is completely aesthetically unpleasant. Uninstall!

Very difficult to enter the pick up address. If I point to a location on the map the address does not match. If I enter the making number the address does not match (it gives a street where there is no access to the compound where I live). Why not copying the nice app from Careem?

Tried to book multple times. Obly once it was able to locate a taxi who never reached. One more thing needs to be introduced is changing mobile phone. Lastly, no need for registration.

I don't know why the app is called Smart Taxi when taxi drivers can't even get an exact GPS location. Rename the app into a smart taxi booking if all what the app can do is book you a taxi and then you have to wast 5 mins of your time giving directions

Keeps crashing, doesn't allow you to contact the drivers that have no idea where they are going and the new track function just makes you mad as you can now see the idiotic driving of your taxi driver.
