I lodged a complaint via email a week back. No reply I have gotten so far apart from a ticket id. I tried to contact via deir Toll free number, the lady at the other end gave me a number to contact, but no one takes the call. Absolutely disgusted. Made a big mistake by opening an account with SMC. Poor customer care service.

Earlier the app was excellent working fine but when I updated it few days ago it worked fine for a few days and from yesterday the screen got blank after LOGIN and password. It's irritating that I could no longer open the app and trade on this platform. Do something to make this app hassle free. Now, I am able to open the app but my Fund is showing inadvertently Rs. 3/- instead of Rs. 37233/- ,please rectify the mistake.

Very slow Alert alarm didn't work,guyes please fix the issue, crashing lot, available finger print or pin login options,guyes even upi payment done but being 2 time successful payment instant,3time cancled and 4th time Debited from my bank account but didn't show in demat account, looking for other plateform

It miles to go, so many operational issues, 1. On graph indicators can seen upto 15 min time frame, disappeared on bigger time frame 2. Loading of watchlist too slow etc....

One of the worst online trading apps I have used so far. Slow as hell, portfolio doesn't load always, complex and not at all user friendly. People who are planning for online trading, better choose look for other options. Many other companies are offering user friendly apps with much less brokerage costs. 1 star because 0 star option isn't available.
