Minimal usefulness on Harmony of Seas. It works ok for sending messages to others and, while you don't need to pay for the WiFi package to use it, you have to connect to the WiFi to get it to work. It will then kick you back off after 10 minutes or if you move around the ship. You will need to keep re-connecting to check for messages and close/reopen the app each time you do this. The calendar of events is somewhat helpful, but you will need the paper version if you want descriptions. I would have enjoyed having a ship location function in the app or on the information screens throughout the ship-we were traveling with school age children and were trying to give them a mini-geography lesson.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe people trying to use it on ships that it doesn't work on? Worked amazingly on anthem of the seas and had much more functionality than their newer Royal app that they are moving people to (I used that one recently on symphony and it was worthless). I was able to make a change reservations through the app all cruise long without issue. Account billing was updated in real time so I could track our expenses on board.

Not sure what ships this works on but it definitely didn't work on Serenade of the Seas. Nor did tech support on board have any clue. With billion dollar ships maybe pop a fee million to update your app and make it useful as there is a lot of potential here.

Doesnt work very well. We were on Anthem of Seas and connected to wifi (but didnt pay for internet package) it only worked if launched via the app store 25% of the time (android s5 with all updates).

App is very buggy. Bought it for the chat feature for a group of 6 friends. Sometimes it worked, sometimes chat showed up hours later. We started including time sent so we'd know if it's timely or not. No group text option, had to copy/paste to each person. My statement feature worked well. Kept track of charges and was able to correct errors immediately.
