If you're into wildly unpredictable waits and commutes made longer by apps that don't work that well, download this miracle. The drivers are great, this seems like a technology problem. Ride 2 Transit could be a much better resource. I had time to write this review during a commute that's normally two hours (today it was three) and involved taking a Lyft. I'm not using this again - as soon as I began to rely on it, it failed.

Definitely issues with this app. Sat at Eastgate P&R for 30 minutes trying to schedule a pick up to get home and kept getting error messages. Had worked fine earlier in the day. Also noticing more delays for pickup at home - first it was 10 minute late notice, then 15, then 20, now 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time

This is such a stupid app(although Ride to transit service is great), you can't schedule your ride from eastgate part n ride to your home not being present at Eastgate P&R. Other than than 10s of functional bugs. Would love to work with you if you need any help or feedback.

Works mostly fine going from a transit station. For anything else, a very unreliable service thus far. Regardless of how far ahead I book trips, the app will not let me know that the vehicle will arrive much later than the designated time until the last minute. First it'll say 5 minutes late, then 10, then 20, and so on. It doesn't even tell you the vehicle left to pick you up. Save yourself the frustration.

book a trip at current time priduces to a request in the past, no one will pick up for requests in the past

Arrival time keeps changing to a later time. Have to wait up to 30 mins beyond the promised arrival time.

About this app

Ride2 Transit is the app for King County Metro’s new, on-demand service that connects people to or from transit. The Ride2 service is currently available in two King County locations: West Seattle and the Eastgate area of Bellevue. During peak commute hours, riders can connect to bus services or the Water Taxi (in West Seattle) from home, school, work or any other location within the designated Ride2 service areas for each location – provided that trip origin or destination is more than a quarter mile away from the available transit hubs. Hours of operation vary by location. Please consult our website for more details. Ride2 costs the same as a Metro bus ride; standard Metro fares apply. Pay your fare with cash (exact change), a Transit Go mobile ticket, or a regional ORCA card. When transferring from Ride2 to the Water Taxi, riders will need to pay additional fare, by having cash or an e-purse balance on their ORCA card.

New features

* Better zone visualization throughout the app
* Better tracking of vehicle location on map
* More relevant place suggestions when booking trips
* Corrected UI bugs
