Look under app permissions. It is invasive, and over reaches, and by passes phones controls. Its a public entity letting a private company mine your phone, without liabilty? Is it as invasive as Proctorio? You might ask why if using the phone option that would demand an email address and last name.

horrible app. cancels the journey randomly. display a bad eta (keeps updating) I have been waiting for 1 ride since 45 minutes as I type this (app kept changing the ETA). MTD gives usual repsonse "not our fault app scheduling vlah blah" improve the scheduling logic then. the current one is horrible. I guess MTD places this in their lowest priority which is unsurprising because there revenue won't suffer no matter how poor service they offer in saferide. end of rant.

I booked an MTD Saferide through this app and the estimated time for it to arrive was in 3 mins. I waited for 30 minutes and the SafeRide has still not arrived. This is at 3AM under pouring rain. Thanks MTD.
