I just bought camera system for two of my company work trucks the app loads fine on drivers phone and works but i cannot get program to download to my desktop PC in my office and my computer is only two years old and has all recent updates to Windows

It connects fast to the Rostra 250-8950 DVR. Easy to use, I can download videos to my phone and then email them Settings are easy to set There are a few that don't work with this FOR but they are grayed out. Overall it is easy, works well, and gets the job done No ads or bloat ware
