I fall in love with Roqqu app since the past usage is going smoothly, but the issue is, I sent 30.52 busd then it shows service unavailable try again later I was debited of the busd and there is no transaction hash because it was unsuccessful transaction. I reported the issue on live chat, they keep telling me to send transaction hash. How will it be possible when the transaction is unsuccessful? . Pls look it and resolve it .when I try to open the trnx to see the hash it refuse to open

Wow làst week the was a hold lots of problem, I could not buy or sale my coins, hmmm, and the charges is too much, even today 2th of July too I can't do nothing on my Roqqu platform, no price update nothing, I can't sale my coins, wow is teriable pls do something about it pls

I have been making airtime purchases from the roqqu app but on the 15th of June, I needed the airtime urgently and did as always but, I was never credited on that particular day. Lodged my complaint, all I have neen getting is, "it will be resolved...". Been 6 days now yet it still hasn't been resolved. Also, your charges on transactions are somewhat high.

The management should look into the use of NIN for verification as so many people are having issues with their NIN. Other means of verification should be introduced. The app is awesome.

As much as I love the app, I can only give it a 2 star until the issue of withdrawal limit is solved. Imagine I can't withdraw because of withdrawal limit, can't do NIN verification to increase withdrawal limit too. And the customer care service is not helping at all

This app is very annoying, you can be observing a coin for a while and immediately you want to buy the coin, their merchant deposit agents wont be online. Very annoying and frustrating. U guys are gradually loosing customers, my guys have stopped using ur app and i will do so soon, once Binance verify my account, i will leave this app for u guys. U guys can be frustrating
