In 1 month, I met 2 real people. One said many creepy inappropriate things even after I told him absolutely not. The support chat takes 30-60 minutes for every reply, not 15 as they state in the app. It's overpriced, hard to cancel, or switch subscriptions, and they will not refund auto renewals. You can't turn off auto-renew or cancel from the app. You have to go to Google Play to cancel.

I've been having so many issues logging into Roomster app on my phone and web. It'll ask me for my phone number to log in, and then provide an error message saying it's deactivated. I've contacted support multiple times, but I can't even leave the app (not close btw) to access another app because then I'm not able to access my recently started conversation with support. The UI and UX design of this app is atrocious. When support fixes it, the issue happens again. Would not recommend.

You cannot read any in-app messages unless you purchase the "full-access" pass. That is the only feature or "full-access" For ONE WEEK it costs $11.99 For 30 days it's $29.99 For 90 days it's $59.99 **note** these prices AUTOMATICALLY renew. Without full-access, you can make a listing, make a profile, upload your ID card. You can send a message to someone, but you cannot see their replies. Feels like a scam. It was a waste of time.

?$$$? Read on! So far the app seems great. Im not sure about it yet though, I was able to set up my account to include a photo of me, and personal info. My ID was verified. I am able to see listings from others who have posted, and send messages to them. $$$ I'm NOT able to see any replies, or access my mail box. That is a $11.+ for 7 day access. Unless I review here in the app store screenshots it and send a copy to the roomster employees. Then i recieve 7 days app access. The app is simple

The app itself is easy to use, the amount you pay is ridiculous for what you get you can't message or read messages unless you pay. I paid for the 1 week subscription on two occasions, first time no problem, second time they charged me 3 more times and no I didn't even get access for the additional charge that I did NOT approve. I did cancel my subscription on time as well. To top it off they deleted my account for requesting the money they stole from me. 1 star experience overall.

I've had nothing but difficulty with Roomster. I used them once before and had problems but decided to try again in case they had improved. They haven't. It took me several tries to get anyone from support to help me with billing. Then they automatically removed payments from my bank account, but wouldn't give me access to my mailbox. Then, out of nowhere, I can't login anymore because my Facebook was flagged for "suspicious" activity after I used it for months. Don't waste your time and money!
