I had to jump through all the hoops to sign up only to realize they don't have my metro area. Which is insane, because over 70% of the metros they do have are smaller. The "contact" button didn't do anything so I couldn't let them know. Even LA didn't seem to have too many listings so I doubt I missed out on very much. They do seem to take verifying people are real very seriously so that's good.

Last year I had an excellent experience on the app - I actually found a room and sublet for a while! But after this new update, the app is extremely buggy. I cant edit my uploaded photos, sometimes I cant sign in for hours, and some buttons on the app don't work. I havent used it since last April, but I've just updated as well as redownloaded, and my experience is totally different. Borderline unusable app, and useless customer service.

Jeez this app used to be great but now it's completely non functional. I'm just trying to look for a roomate but the second I put on any filters I get stuck in infinite loading hell. Also the tinder swipe function is a REALLY unnecessary addition. Please go back to the list format.

I downloaded the app, signed up to globalid, and when I try to log in to my account, it just stays on a loading screen, I couldn't use it at all.

First time using the app and I can't even get into the app. It just stays stuck on the loading screen. I don't see the reason for using that global ID service yet. This all just seems weird to me.

Used last year with little issue but this year (2021) there seems to be glitching i.e. I cannot update my photos nor preferences. It keeps getting stuck on people/pages and not adequately showing all information. Very disappointing and hoping for app updates soon!
