The app works. It's algorithm and support via emails, not so much. It's impossible to grab the limited gigs in the area if someone happens to live closer or have been on the app longer. There's gotta be a better way. So some days, no work. And no one seems to care as most emails are either not responded to, or I get some cut and paste response that doesn't help more than their FAQs

Worst customer service ever! Have called multiple times and was hung up on. Can't get a time frame on when things will be updated. Can't get gigs pushed thru to do them even though my photos match. And I can verify all of my account information. Missed out on over $200 worth of gigs and can't get them to say sorry we suck here is $20 for the time and gas you have wasted trying to drive for our company.

If you call support twenty times (If you are fortunate enough to get in contact with them) for one issue or question, you will get twenty different reasons and answers, they are either very unorganized and or untruthful, also I have noticed that they have been gradually lowering their bid amounts on their gigs, (it maybe because of newbies not knowing better and offering on anything they can to make a buck?) The amount you make per gig does not even account for the mileage you drive!

Roadie cut and paste the same response to my 2nd 1 star review haha. Email support and phone support cannot do anything to help you. Roadie will lock your account out if they have to pay for any of the customer's items, even if the customer lost it and wants to complain about something. There is no support for their drivers. The fault doesn't have to be yours and Roadie will still lock you out. They also don't follow their own policies, if they lose money, your account is done.

Signing up to be a Roadie driver shouldn't be that difficult, though it is. I made several attempts to sign up for an account. Each time I got a message in red, stating, "Something went wrong". On my 5th attempt, I got a message saying my password was incorrect. What? If i could not sign up, there should be no password to reset. But I did it anyway. Then when I tried to sign in with my new password, I was given yet another message in red. This time it stated, "Your account is locked". Ahhh!

I have tried getting an issue with my registration resolved several times by emailing support and was never contacted. I've been stuck there for almost 2 months. I was just trying to drive for them. I guess they don't need people to apply anymore? Thank you emails that auto reply aren't help folks. Not to mention no phone number was given. How do you resolve an issue when contact is never possible?
