This app is invaluable to me. I used it a lot when I lived in London and also on visits I made back there. Although I don't currently visit London I intend to when things are easier.

This is a highly effective map for those who are lost in London and need a guide. Furthermore, you can use it offline!

Not allowed from machine to select how much I need to top up on Oyster card? No good machine? Customer Service don't help from office in Goodmayes Station, Forest Gate etc? What for are working in office then? Everyday is worse, rubish company... I hate them!

Further to my last comment, you can add an icon for this app to your home screen, you just need to do it manually by dragging it from the apps list screen. But, more importantly, there is an omission now in the rail maps, of Thameslink, a major north-south route with central London stations at St Pancras, Farringdon and Blackfriars. One other potentially useful rail link to include would be that of the South Eastern high speed trains between Stratford and St Pancras.
