This would help you to learn about minerals that are not very hard to get because but it's alot of hard rock mining.

Neat idea, but 80% of the mines out where I live aren't on the map. A lot of the ones that are listed are mislabeled or marked in the wrong spot. *Afterthought* This app needs to have a feature that lets users pin locations to the map to help others. There could be two designations of marker on the map, 'verified' and 'unverified.' But what do I know, I only work for the forest service & BLM closing them while leaving them bat friendly and safe to the public.

ya i really like it, would love for it to link to old records, photos and aristocracy information from that mines functional past. but it is a very interesting picture into our past.

Almost no functionality in free version---can't see your location on map, can't filter by mine type

seems kind of glitchy, but maybe it's this cheap tablet.

Great app for showing places to go and explore.
