The strength of this app is when you're at the resort. I tried the early check-in on my last trip and it went great. When I arrived they had an envelope ready for me with my room key, towel card, Covid test instructions, wifi password, etc. I didn't have to fill out a ton of paperwork. I also used the app to order additional bottles of water and they came the next day. Not bad. I love how it tells you which restaurants are open and what shows are happening the following week. I'm happy.

Now that guest info tab is fix the application is quite useful, activities schedule are not always up to date though.

This is great! I love the hotel food and drinks! The only problem is the WIFI because it seems to not connect which is kind of strange.. But still, the hotel is great! Oh and the entertainment is great! I always attend the show at night.

Unable to make a reservation... They offer you the "best price" through their app, but it's impossible to make a reservation....
