This app is terrible: 1. everything lags 2. I had to attempt adding a product to the cart 6 times 3. you can't update any information in your account 4. you can't choose another person as the recipient 5. any changes made are automatically reverted. This app is practically unusable. I haven't faced thiiiiiis many problems with any app in a long time

Today, I was scrolling and it froze twice, I was pressing on the screen but it just wouldn't move. I restarted it, went to my cart, tried to pay. I got to the page after login and it kept adjusting my phone num so I was in Denmark (I don't live there). I had a box saying to update my location in settings so it would be correct, I go there and it says "UK"... So why am I also in Denmark? 🤔 I go to pay, press Visa, it takes me to next screen but nothing loads, it's blank. So hard to just buy!!

I downloaded the app to configure Perfume Genie (which I rly like!) but due to a software bug I can't enter the wifi password. Tried on Android, iPhone and iPad. No luck 😓 the text field is hidden behind other elements.

Bad app. Very slow, coupon codes say already used when that isn't the case, membership benefits do not get applied, free gifts when spending certain amounts do not get applied. Promises 10% discount she ordering the app but costs more in extra benefits you don't recieve. Don't bother, stick to main website or third party retailers.

Its not the App itself. I ordered 6 items via their online shop and received only 3 of them. Their WhatsApp customers support is also not replying back! Really, I was a loyal customer, that's so disappointing! Then I read the comments, and I realized I shouldn't have done this at first place.

In this release we have made improvements to our wishlist feature, the dangerous good flow and the checkout. As a customer you will now be informed more clearly if a product is not available for shipping to your region due to a dangerous goods classification in your country.
