I initially started using the app to refill my daughter's meds, but now I'd like to use it for myself too. But it won't allow me to link MYSELF to the account, I get the text which takes me right back to the app with NO option to authorize of approve. There's also no info on refill status. I get multiple phone calls every day saying there's a refill ready, yet no reminders on the app. Totally pointless app in my opinion.

I've been using this app for years. The prescription part has had some glitches (like when I try to order my name brand prescription it defaults and requests a generic version from my doctor). Now it won't even load. Also for the past 2 months, none of my scripts that need to be refilled are being sent to my doctors office, though the app says it is. Can't call for refills as they don't answer the phone b/c they're too busy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working.

My rite aid closed and they sent me to the one across town, I now can no longer refill my meds on the app because it is stuck on the old location. Even after moving all prescriptions to the new location. The app takes forever to log me in every single time and loading takes a long time as well. It's 2023, apps should not be this slow and broken. The rite aid website is just as bad, too.

I've had this app for years and the pharmacy section has always been glitchy regardless of updates. Always had the error issue of getting to that part of the app. But right now it won't even let me change what pharmacy to fill a prescription from the last place it was done, which was one time while I was out of town. I set My Store, I select Change Store, but no option to select it. And that's if you try refill the "right" way, otherwise store and pickup times are blank.

This app is terrible. They're not showing anything I would perceive, as ease of use. It has no filter controls for searching. App will not sort items from low to high. Adding items to your cart is 1990s dial up speed. It glitches throughout every single search. No links from ad to product. Absolutely useless if not worse. The app runs about as well as a fish in a desert. RightAid....wrong app and I wasted my time. TrashApp

This app is utterly ridiculous. I've been trying to change the email associated with the reciept option I get at the store, and I can't find a way to change it. It's not even the email I use to sign in. Somehow, the ONLY app settings you can change are the "remember me" option and Biometrics. The one place that shows my email has the correct one, so why in the world is a different email my only option to get an electronic receipt? WHY?
