This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Pairs 1-6 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

U.S. Figure Skating, the premier source for all things figure skating, has teamed up with Rink Tank Interactive to bring you the ' U.S. Figure Skating Skate Coach' app series for Android!

The Skate Coach app series was designed to help skaters, parents, instructors and officials understand the standards set for the Basic Skills Program through the use of high definition video examples. A special thank you to 2008 PSA Coach of the Year Dalilah Sappenfield, Danielle Viola & Alex Johnson for working so hard late at night to do the demonstrations for this app!

The Pairs 1-6 app is designed for skaters who have passed Basic 8 and above. Each team shall consist of a male and a female, and candidates for this curriculum should ideally be of the same test level. SKaters will learn a basic degree of unison, basic lifts, good edges and side by side jumps. NOTE: ALL LIFTS MUST BE TAUGHT OFF ICE BEFORE ATTEMPTING ON ICE!

Whether in the comfort of your own home, traveling to the rink or during practice, you will always have a Skate Coach in your pocket!
