The app displays poorly worded error messages especially when trying to edit or make changes to a ride. Seems like a simple fix to stem confusion and avoid calls into support (which I do regularly for almost every interaction in the app). Given that this is an app for parents to feel confident about when their children are going to get picked up and dropped off, it is not instilling confidence.

I had drivers cancel rides three times now last minute and didn't even get a notification about it! Today the driver arrived 28 minutes later (my daughter would have been late to school if we didn't make our own arrangements frantically) and we will get 60% reimbursed for a service that did not happen! I would expect better from an app geared towards parents trying to get help with their children's care.

I decided to try out Zum as an alternative to HopSkipDrive. I booked my ride a few days in advance. One of the concerns I had about Zum was that they do not assign a driver until 4pm the day prior to the scheduled ride. They just called and couldn't find a driver to assign to the ride so it was cancelled. I'm now scrambling to find alternatives for the ride. If you like to plan things in advance and ensure that logistics are taken care of without scrambling at the last minute, don't use Zum.

do no use!! they wait to the last min to find your child a ride. when you cancel it they will still charge you. so do not use unless you like waiting until the last moment who will pick up your child.

I tried submitting my child's information and it kept telling that the address was wrong. I tried setting up a pick up and again it keep telling me the address was wrong. I tried typing it so many ways and it wouldn't let me. What a shame.
