This is a dope app because based on location, you are provided several bus route options based on whether you want to have a shorter walking distance, shorter travel time and/or least transfers used. The app auto-populates as you progress throughout your journey. Metro is a fool for that...Wow, I honestly expected a redundant app from ya'll, however I'm eating my words. Metro for the longest had thrived on inefficient, menial, and boring activity. In 2021, times sure have changed for Metro.π₯΄

I planned a trip online, but I cannot plan the same trip on this app. A complete waste of time.

Metro trip- official app for Houston bus & trains- not worth your trouble. USE TRANSIT APP INSTEAD. Transit DOES NOT pop up useless notifications that you cannot get rid of AND it is more accurate. Planning a trip? Use your Google maps app instead. Will give (slightly) better travel options. What this app *attempts*, others *do* MUCH better! Do not let Metro employees talk you into thinking this is any good, either. It's not.

Awful & false "real time" tracking. I am sitting at the bus stop to drop off an essential employee. We were sitting here about eight (8) minutes ahead of schedule. The app showed the bus coming down the street and turning the corner to pass the stop in "real time" five (5) minutes ago. No bus has come yet! It's one thing for the time information to be inaccurate, but for the "real time" data to be false shows this app is not tracking the bus AT ALL. This is useless and fake. SHAMEFUL, Metro!!

This app is virtually useless, especially on weekends when it seems that buses come whenever they want to. Real time tracking hasn't been working for as long as I can remember, so it only displays scheduled arrival times. Keep in mind that trains and buses frequently leave early from platforms too!
