Great for making connections without a long wait. Need to improve pick-up and drop-off locations! Broaden the search format to show the nearest pick up/drop off spots to you based on location. Versus having current location automatically inserted in the search bar to get redirected to a page that says where you are isn't an available pick up, we can find no rides for you, call customer support. Not helpful at all, especially when you are not familiar with the area. Also, Expand the coverage area

my previous review had some concerns about not being able to book rides. It turns out i am just a big goof ball and didn't realize that the service area didn't reach to Randolph Park & Ride. i got Randolph and naco pass mixed up like a fool. with this epiphany, my experience with the app has been well. no real complaints. It would be nice however if the map would show all of the avaliable pickup/dropoff points when you're booking a ride. That way you could just click on the spots themselves.

I love this new way for transportation because I travel from Ingram to Rolling Oaks and Bulverde I would have to walk from the bus stop to where I needed to go which was a couple miles now I can get dropped off across the highway instead of walking all that. Love love love it I just wish we could use Via Link to travel to more areas that are hard to get to.

This service has been a blessing for me! I need a handicapped accessible mode of transportation and this has been great! I has brought back some lost independence due to not having a mode of transportation that is accessible in the past. Thank you!
