Honestly, getting rid of the bus stops in certain areas was the biggest mistake. While the Link service is more "convenient", it's also a giant nightmare. I can do a set up, be surrounded by "virtual stops" that are within rock throwing distance but have to travel four miles to get picked up. There is no average wait time from when the ride gets set up to when the ride is on its way. It could be ten minutes or ten seconds and God forbid I don't make it in that one minute window.

My original destination would take 12 minutes of driving but the app always ends up choosing someone else to pick up instead of dropping me even if my location might be 2 minutes away. My destination got delayed from 15 minutes to 45 minutes because of this stupid app always dropping me last even though my destination is so close by

I use this shorter ride choice from my motel at rittiman an 35. To Randolph pnr because it's just simply easier for me with my leg being hurt. So thank you link ride share.
