5 stars for the bus drivers. Route itinary should be at least an hour ahead. On demand, it is not. Planning needs to be thought through for the system to work effectively. The booking system doesn't work efficiently with routes and times for passengers that don't make sense. You really need a human planner rather than a computer. No disrespect, the controllers, are not familiar with the routes of Cochrane. The base should be in Cochrane. Hopefully this gets sorted.

It sounds like a great idea however since COLT started I have not been able to book a ride. Everytime I look it says that they are experiencing higher then normal volumes. Even if I could get a ride I wouldn't want to as I would probably never get home. Need to work on the capacity issue to make this viable.

Can be very hard to book rides at your time. Can take a whial to get to your stop by stopping at other stops first picking up more people. On average its only a few but it can be up to 8 sometimes. Over all it's better than nothing but the system has room for improvement.

Not a great service, no clearly laid out rules or regulations, and next to no buses at the time you actually need one and if you cancel to switch to a newly available bus for a time that actually works for you they threaten to suspend your account

No terms of sservice. Its like they dont care about their customers. You can never get anywhere on time. You cant cancel within 5 hours 3 times in a row or you get banned. HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT. YOU HAVE NO TOS. How am i suposed to follow your rule book when i dont know what it is. Dont use this app for long perposes because you'll put your trust in them and they will let you down and threaten to ban you.

The COLT bus is a very helpful service for me The drivers are excellent also the office girls, who are patient and do all they can to help.
