Not great. The initial estimate showed 34-48min for delivery, but then changed to 1h 24min. The order was picked up and driven around for about an hour. The map showed the driver is moving away from me, even though the app said 'en route'... Food finally arrived, but wouldn't use again. Too unreliable

Good food, came to my house on time, and driver was friendly. Enjoying free delivery. App can use some updates but it's off to a great start.

I ordered the food today and it is the first time I used it. The cafe is just 25min drive from my home, but it took 3 hours after I ordered the food!!!!! When I ordered, the app shows it only takes 65-85mins, but it actually took 3 hours. Moreover, when the app shows it is delivered, it is actually not, and I wait for 1.5 hours until it is actually delivered. At last, I want to report this bad experience in the app, but it shows 404 when I reported!! Horrible experience.

I love everything about this app. My food comes on time, the customer service reps always text me back in a decent amount of time, and my food has always come to me hot. I have zero complaints ????

This service is excellent when you need food and don’t want to spend time fetching or cooking it. The food is kept hot and delivered right to your door! There is a map in the app which keeps you up to date in real time the status of your order.

The drivers on this app are fabulous, I have not had one bad encounter. They happily delivered food to my hotel door without complaint, timely and friendly people!
