Force user to install to get the vouchers, but unable to receive the sms OTP for verification purpose, hence the apps can't be use at all

Sorry Jeffrey Cheah, I'm writing a scathing review. The app is rubbish! The old version didn't require for us to log in. But this new version forces you to log in first. I thought to myself, alright fine. I'll swallow it, and log-in/sign-up. But then when I try to, the app asks for my phone number to send me an OTP. But the damn OTP NEVER COMES. I can't access the app AT ALL. Locked out! Please fix this Mr Cheah, or I will take to social media to vent my frustration. I know my consumer rights :)

No matter how many times I installed or uninstalled its not even in the app drawer of my phone. Heck it's not even shown in app settings. I have to launch Play Store to open this app constantly. I can't imagine this going live for the new parking system next year when the app is this dysfunctional. Please instruct how to fix it or roll out an update to fix. *Update rolled out definitely fixed the problem. Thanks!

neat to have the vast shop directory of sunway pyramid on the phone. :-) hoewever, this app could be much improved if A) the directions function would be more responsive and recognize your actual position - which it does not accurately and on time, and B) you could actually make a SHORT LIST of favorite shops you'd like to visit and the app would calculate a "tour" for you to hit them all. - come on, developpers, at the moment this app is just advertisment trash.

I wanted to sign up for PJ Masks activities you are having now in your mall which needs to be done via your app. But the thing is the OTP never received. Requested a few times... I just don't understand why you make it harder for us when the app is supposed to make it easier for the visitors. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Hello team, I'm wish to join the PJ Mask event. The FB request shopper to login using this app. However I'm register using phone number and wait for OTP so long... Till now yet to received. I"m feel shocked when others ppl complaining this issued since April. But your team yet to fix and the June event still need shopper to download... Make the shopper feel very disappointed. Please kindly fix it before your team implement to shopper. QC your app 1st before annouced to using the app. Thank you
