Problems with the app not working while device is connected to other Bluetooth devices. Programs may need to be changed or adjusted while using Bluetooth headsets. This company says it's a Bluetooth technology limitation, if so, it's an old technology. Today's Bluetooth technology allows paring of multiple devices!! Unfortunately it is the only app available for these devices sold by Costco. Hearing devices are Rexton Legato iX.

It is a mission to get the Tinnitus program to respond and only after you try and get the other settings activated and then select the Tinnitus program does it respond. I would think that considering the amount of money I spent on the hearing aids that it would come with decent software. Defenitely will not be using this in the future

My user controls went away! My main reason for using this app was having control over MY hearing devices. No longer can control direction. What the hell was it hurting, why remove it? Guess next time I will have to buy aids from a company that understands these things are MINE and I expect to have full control over them!

I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and still cannot get the app to work on my phone. It had previously been working and for some reason it stopped. I have checked all the settings on my phone and nothing has changed. I also have a Smart Remote that DOES work. I am running out of options. Help.

I seem to get all the features to work fine. Love the directional mic controls and the treble bass. Really helps with filtering out background noises. I like being able to tweak the aids to fit different environments! In order to get the mic to work, you need to select the Performance Level 80 in the advanced setup.

This app leaves a LOT to be desired. I'm not sure it works most of the time. Intermittent volume control, if any, or.. gives confusing notifications, battery status works on left side, right side is dead..no apparent reason, I can HARDLY tell if it changes programs..I wish if they were going to write an app that works at least do it right..This version is pitiful.
