It's been a long time and it still shows that Verifying the document(s) provided by you., Usually it will not take more than 24 hours (I logged in several days ago) it still non verified, what can I do.

Stuck on Verification process since a month and the Call for quick approval is worst waited for nearly an hour but no one talks with you worst app

App is good and time saving, but one feature is missing. After clicking 'place order' thete should be 'confirm or check before placing' option should be there. As many times we try to go to Home Page of our phone & instead of Home Icon, we suddenly click Place Order (as both are on same location in app screen) & order gets placed incorrectly.

My experience has been very bad on this retailio app Retailio start contest but they do not announce any winners, they just lie. I took part in all the contest for the last 4 months but these people did not give any response to me. Retailers only fulfill their order target and do nothing else Helpline number is also of no use, no proper information is available from there.

I have filled up all the necessary details and uploaded all the documents. Still it is showing documents under verification process. Please look into the matter and open my account. It's been more than 10 days still it is pending. I hope will fix it as soon as possible.

Very Good App for ordering to distributor but some of the distributor who has mapped with shop doesn't sent the material and when we call and ask they say they don't use your retailio,pls make available of Distributor phone no with Contact person name. Why the substitute search was removed and know it has been restored but it is down in app pls make available on the top and user friendly. As substitute search is very best an very useful. Thank u for providing,if possible list more medicine in th
