Glitchy phone application. It has lots of bugs that need attention! It's difficult to change the city location. I like that you can get a notification if a table becomes available. The developers should modify the date and party search. It is difficult to change once you are in the application. You have to close out and relaunch the app to modify. I wish you acquired points like Open Table.

This app is pure garbage! When I click "my location" which is Michigan, it shows restaurants in Manhattan. Yes, I have allowed location access. It will NOT allow me to search any cities aside from the pre populated list. Type in Rehoboth Beach and it says unfortunately there are no restaurants available in Manhattan called "Rehoboth Beach". You guys should be embarrassed!

About as bad as a restaurant app can get. Nearly impossible to search in a specific area as the app doesn't recognize anything but a major city even though I know for a fact that there are restaurants outside of that City reserving through Resy. And the site also crashes occasionally even in the most popular of cities where it recognizes nothing. Two stars for the fact that when it does work, it looks and reacts beautifully.

Terrible platform, worse app. How did this platform take so many restaurants from Opentable!? The app's UI is very unfriendly and looks bad, but the real problem across all devices is their incomprehensible reservation rules and their terrible customer service. Resy only allows 1 reservation per "meal period" (breakfast, lunch or dinner). The hours are not defined- they consider 2pm to be "dinner", and will not allow another res at 7:30pm. Garbage, I hope Opentable gets these places back.

Just an awful effort really. Hard to even sign in. Search doesn't work well. It also minimizes the keyboard every key you press. I hate to be harsh but there isn't room for as much feedback as you need. You should consider pulling this app and starting over. It'll be worth it.

So buggy- impossible to search for restaurants. Notify function doesn't work since every time I press on the push notification, the app is stuck in loading page. The only reason I use it is because of the restaurants that are on it. The app itself is just awful.
