Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ReSupply - Giving Made Simple. on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Terrible at uploading pictures. Really impossible and annoying.

This app is not donor friendly, we have used the app and most of our donors were very unhappy with it. Your donations go into a pool where local charities can claim them, but if they do they get charged for it. Most donors think the app is specific to the location they wish to donate to and it is not. We don't even look in the hub because we don't want to be charged for claiming a pick up even though we are the ONLY one in our community that uses this program and there is nobody else to claim them. Very confusing for donation centers and donors. Pretty sure the good reviews on here are from the people that work there.

I downloaded this app in an attempt to "rehome" my reclining couch. I did everything I was supposed to do on my end per the app's instructions, but NO ONE ever called/emailed/texted me to set up a pickup for my donation. Obviously this is just an app designed to collect your personal info so the makers can spam you with endless marketing stuff, rather than doing the job they're supposed to be doing. Don't waste your time!!

Charities affiliated with the app approve the donations, confirming the pick up multiple times then never show up. We're on our 4th submission for a pick up in 5wks. This is ridiculous. I wish charities wouldn't use this app if they're unwilling to pick stuff up after a boatload of confirmations.

This app is what charities use to sluff you off when they don't want to pick up your stuff.

no contact...the charity never picked up the appliance. I stayed home all day waiting for them...called them four times and was assured they would come pick up the appliance but they never did. this app sucks and I will never work with this charity (Mosaic, Benton Harbor, MI) again.

The simplest way to donate used goods to charities. Why drive yourself to the charity when the charity will come to you and pick up your items right off of your property? Our mission is to increase the amount of noncash charitable donations through use of our service. Our 501c3 partners have a use for ALL of your used goods, whether through re-sale in a thrift store, or through direct aid to a person in need, your donation will add value to the mission of your choice. DONATE: It’s as easy as 1,2,3! Pick a charity, take a picture, and donate!

SHARE: Let your friends know you are giving to causes that you care about through social media or through text messages! Help us raise awareness about the charities in your area.

ALERTS: We send reminders to leave the items outside so that they can be picked up. Receive alerts if/when your donation was picked up. If they were not picked up by the charity don’t worry! Use our rerouting function to request another charity to come pick up your items.
