About this app

This is a white label app that makes it super easy for restaurants, cafes, bars, eateries etc to implement their own digital membership loyalty program.

As a hotel manager do you know if your customers are coming back? Do you do everything possible to get your first time visitors to come back?

Do you get your new customers through the door through platform apps? You give them a hefty discount and on top of that perhaps a hefty commission for the privilege of being on the platform? But you wonder if you ever see them again and fear they might be eternal deal-shoppers?

What if you could get these new visitors to sign up to your membership rewards program and give them an incentive to come back? This is why all the larger hotel chains have loyalty programs.

The best loyalty programs in the world are those that are kept simple, so that customers immediately understand how rewards are accumulated and can be used.

We have implemented this principle as follows:

Every time a customer spends, whether on a restaurant bill, a spa bill, a room bill, the customer accumulates points. How many points? That is up to you. For example for every $100 spent you can reward 20 points. The 20 points are equal to $20 and these can be redeemed as a discount on the next visit to the hotel; provided it is within a year.

Visitors to your restaurant can enroll in your membership program simply by scanning a QR code and installing your own in-house Play Store app (available in App Store too) which allows them to immediately start collecting points.

By installing the app you will be able to stay in touch with your customers. The app will display your rooms and outlets and any current promotions you are running.

We provide a webportal where you can upload all the content (images and descriptions that you want to display in the app). Also you get access to your customers data: aside from their name and email address you get full transaction history: points spent and collected.

Now it is easier than ever, as a small or medium-sized hotel chain to launch your own membership program. We make the app available on a subscription basis. Within a few days we can rebrand our app in your hotel’s colors and with your logo and launch it as your own in-house app in both the Play Store and App Store.
