This app lacks the ability to schedule a ride ahead of time, this wouldn't be an issue if there was a guarentee that a driver would be available. A suggestion for a future update - if there are no available drivers, indicate as much before the end user tries to book a ride. Don't indicate a car is within five minutes from my location if they aren't available.

Didn't even get the verification code after trying both sms and call multiple times. Even tried re-entering my phone #. Can't give a good review if I can't even get past the account setup phase.

Please optimize your app and stop letting customers pay for your mistakes. I have been dealing with the issue of having multiple rides booked at the same time, and I still have to pay for cancellation. You will lose my business if this persists. Update: Thank you for making efforts to resolve the issue quickly, ReRyde. Your support associate was helpful and understanding. A few things still need improvement but it's great to see that you're committed to getting better.

Couldn't sign up. The app wouldn't even let me enter my phone number. As soon as I tap on phone number, the app takes me back to Name section

You should really make it clear as to where you operate in your description before people download the app. Also, make Edmonton one of those cities, im pretty sure tapp car is not coming back after the pandemic, wish they would reimburse me for the $40 I had in my wallet if that's the case.

Not live chat. Slow service. Not worth it. Don't use this app. Uber is more expensive, but reliable
