Reniso is India’s first end-to-end property management firm which solves the various complex challenges faced by property-owners in managing their property investments due to lack of proximity, time or expertise. Founded by IIM Ahmedabad & IIM Calcutta alumni, Reniso was first ideated in 2014 for Indian residents and NRIs who are unable to manage their property investment through agents due to lack of transparency, professionalism, and trust. Also using a different agent for each task was a hassle, especially when none of them considered it an asset but rather just a standalone transaction.

Solving the aforementioned market requirement, Reniso intended to bring in the asset management approach in property management based on long-term relationships, not transactions. To achieve this, Reniso has created holistic tech-driven solutions to streamline the process of leasing, maintenance, and renovation for property owners resulting in financial benefits. Right from property management work processes to smartly-designed, smooth and functional client interface that works basis a slew of complex algorithms, the platform ensures quality deliverables, adding to the customer delight. The firm is also testing deep level machine learning projects to add to the automation in its inspections, leasing and maintenance processes. All of this managed through an asset management approach to ensure the longevity of the owner’s most prized asset.
