Seldom works. Requires entering gobs of personal information just to buy a €10 ticket. Payment fails and yhe whole nightmare starts again.

Very buggy app. Some of the text did not translate very well to English. Luckily I took screenshots of tickets as the app complained that it was down and I couldn't do anything with it (including showing the tickets I had bought). To add credit card info, you need to goto the website first time! Registration was also a pain.

It's barely functional. The English translation should have failed any kind of quality control just like the UI that looks like it came straight from 2010. You cannot create an account in app since it will tell you that the password you want to use is "wrong and has to be in between 6 and 16 characters". No matter what your password is, even "123456" is apparently not an acceptable password. This app stands as a sad testament to the Spanish governments attempts at digitalization.

the worst app i have ever used. Signed up and it always said my password is error, although it's the right one. And there is no forgot password function. Neither could I find it at the website, not even login function. and i used another email to register, finally i can buy ticket, but need to use PayPal, don't expect credit card ourside of Europe. i finally registered Paypal and get the mobile tickets, but now the app signed me out of the app again, how can i get my tickets!!!??? The worst ever!

Previous comments are spot on. This app is incredibly underwhelming. It is incredibly slow, outdated and worst of all, it rarely works. I have not been able get past the initial screen for weeks now, which is very risky when you rely on it to verify your ticket at the counter. It is a real shame.

It doesn't work if you have a foreign number, so the app is useless for tourists that live abroad. Hello RENFE managers... Don't you think there's a problem here? Not surprising though... given that the website doesn't allow you to book with a foreign card. Hello again... Is there anyone there? Only PayPal allowed for foreign tourists...
