Not a terrible app. Always let's me order my prescriptions. Problem is it's annoying having to enter my birthday and phone number for every single medication I order. If I am ordering 5 at once, I have to enter my phone number and birthday for every medication separately. Why can't the app remember this info or maybe have a "quick reorder" button?

The app is completely broken. I cannot enter or alter or even submit a refill request. All it says is 'call the pharmacy'. No, I don't want to, I liked the app! I can't enter a pickup time, or day, or anything...it's just blank.

a very confused app to both patient and pharmacy. i would love to use it if it worked. perhaps a user guide written for people that are not computer savy would be nice. good instructions that make sense and dont leave out intermediate steps. leave nothing unexplained. i have used erefill at yourhealthmaters and that works flawlessly. im thinking of switching back to my old pharmacy just for that.

Since the update, I have not been able to refill a prescription. It will not allow me to enter a Pickup Time. I have to back to phoning it in! After an uninstall and reinstall, it now works correctly, so I changed from 1 star to 4 stars.
