What are you guys basically doing ?? ..we are paying for the classes and e books and while we open this app ,this is full of technical glitches, multiple times login failure, can't open simultaneously in phone and laptop, not at all Flexible and user friendly. Can't you provide the services atleast for the money you are taking in?... Even free apps like xodo are providing such user friendly interface. Respected faculties pls switch over to a better app, No development is expected here

I think One star is too much for technical support, it is worstest, it's through mail only, both the contact number is always being forwarded to other number, busy and out of coverage area from last 4 days, all time same replied to send errors image in email, it is really very time wasting for solving my query from technical support, I m totally disappointed, above feedback is only for the team of technical support not for application, because I couldn't able to view lecture in Rio play still

Worst app ever..Just wasting my view times every now .Nothing but glitches.Please work on redevelopment of the app.Request to the teachers please shift to some other application 🙏 This is nothing but waste of time Starting the lectures till the end have to reopen it at least 3-4 times. Highly difficult thing to operate once we forward the lecture..does Not even deserve 1 star ..waste of efforts and time
