Nice app. Took a long time to download it; however. It was useful letting you know what's going on the ship and communicate with other people, on the ship. excursions could be booked through the app to. It gets 4 stars because once the ship goes off itinerary, the entire app is useless (with the exception of comms). Our cruise was canceled due to COVID19 concerns (there were none on board) originally the cruise was 3 weeks, Buenos Aries to San Lima. The cruise ended up being 4 weeks, no land.

Truly dreadful. Downloaded the App ahead of a forthcoming cruise. In particular wanted to review excursions - seems that a number on the website are not on the App. If it is incomplete, it simply isn't worth relying on. Waste of time unless they actually keep it up to date.

Absolute rubbish, not worth downloading. During a 17 night cruise on Pursuit was never up to date! Even the crew said it was no good. Booked specialist dining doesn't go into planned. Excursions are in but timings not updated. Ships time mostly wrong. Account information and boarding pass did work. Trips on Quest and Journey don't are not compatible. Needs updating by ships staff not Miami.

The app no longer works on my Samsung 8. Worked great 2 days ago. Said it doesnt support the platform. No longer have digital boarding passes.

Wanted to get a digital boarding pass. The Quest wasn't supported. Says only 1 ship (the Pursuit) is supported. Definitely not ready for prime time.

It took over an hour to download app via Azamara at Venice Port Terminal and then they 'lost' my password. I had to uninstall the app to set up my same password again and the restall also took over an hour onboard Azamara Cruise Line.
