Unreliable. When I go to use it, most of the time it doesn't load the camera. Sometimes toggling SD gets it working, sometimes rebooting the camera or the network helps, sometimes I have to set it up all over again. The memory has to be manually purged when full, very annoying.

Setup is terribly unreliable. Camera can't focus in on qcode enough to read it. I bought two of these RCA cameras ... First camera setup went perfectly fine, but couldn't get second camera to work at all ... gave up after more than an hour jerking around with it. So, app works about half the time, camera is lame looking and functionality of both app and camera leave a lot to be desired. Just spend a few extra bucks and get a nicer camer from a more reputable brand because this one stinks.

QR scanner not working, can't even add a camera because this function keeps saying "Error QR" every time I try to add a camera. And there is no way to manually input the info. Incredibly frustrating.

This 'security' camera requires access to my contacts and phone to set it up. Uninstall and returning.

The app takes ages to load if it does. As well, it cuts off the monitoring every now and then. The manufacturer needs to look into this seriously!!!

Dont ever update this app. Cause once you do it will never ever work again. Cant open any pics or video recordings. Dont waste your time and money on this garbage. Why even put an update out that makes the thing compleatly unuseable?
