Using BlueStacks

Honestly this app was great in 2020 and the hospital itself is amazing, but since then the app has REALLY gone downhill. I have booked over 6+ video call appointments and the doctor NEVER shows up. It says the doctor is busy, reschedules it "sometime in the next 90 minutes," and then after 90 minutes the doctor never shows up and no reschedule notice is ever given again. Just goes silent. Very tired of it. Unless you're using the app to book an in-person appointment, don't bother.

Was assured the consultation would be $22. It was just a simple flu and I did not need medication- but the doctor just sent meds and had it delivered to my place without letting me know the updated price. Bill came to $80+. This feels like a scam. I did not need any of the standard flu meds that you literally get from every doctor visit ever. Will never use this again.

Something there's glitch whereby you cant reachedule, cancel or even join the queue online. Feedback to raffles and they just send a standard reply of instruction how to re book appointment and reachedule.

Worst App to use for TeleConsultation as the App apparently doesn't share information of patients making appointments with the various clinics, and shows "In Progress" status when there was no consultation at all.

it is easy and convenient for patient to seek medical consult, safe for everyone especially now that covid still roaming around and the flu season is on.

Rubbish app, Dr didn't call during time slot, have waited more than 1 hour for call. Option to reschedule or cancel is blanked out. Highly disappointing, will not recommend.
