Camera won't open . When I try to use it, a warning says " Camera had Stopped". I can't update it. This has been the case for a month. Many users reporting the same thing for a month now. The email Razer give to contact support doesn't respond. Don't buy Razer phones if you want support when things go wrong. I bought this phone because the camera was so highly rated!

Hi! SoI had done all the steps! So recently this issue has not been resolved yet, it seems like the camera keeps stopping whenever I open and close. I have reset my whole phone I back up and reset it and after that I back up and things go okay everything is still exist yet the camera app it's not working. I had even checked for updates on my phone and there is no update.

I'm on my Razer Phone 2 and I wish I could take the videos as intended but it just doesn't work. The camera app often says "App has stopped working". I beg of you guys to please fix this so I can take the 4k UHD, 60FPS video whenever I want... There will often be times where the application doesn't want to open and I'll have to resort to another app that had access to the Camera; I beg please release an update.... The camera on my phone is great and I want to share a bit more of what it can do.

Camera crashes every time I try to open it. It has never worked well with apps either. I've tried a factory reset and the camera still keeps not working. It also will no longer switch to selfie can in any apps. Edit one week later: still no answer from support after emailing 3 times. Still no fixes, did everything forums told me to do. As I need my camera for work, I will be trading this phone in and never buying a Razer brand phone. Edit: Emailed twice, no response. Ridiculous.

Zooms in, but then doesn't zoom out. There are two back cameras, but this app doesn't let you control them manually, and doesn't switch back. Other cameras apps can't control the second camera either. So you can get a wide view using this app, as long as you never zoom in. Meh. Still like my phone, but updates are rare :/

I updated my phone a few months ago and when I did that the app completely stopped working I waited for the most recent update and it wasnt fixed but i worked fine before i updated my phone. Before it would work fine but now it keeps saying "Camera keeps stopping" so I can't use the camera any more making it hard to turn in some school works
