While the information provided by this app is more accurate compared to other transit apps -- if you put several bus routes on it, the app has a tendency to drop them from time to time and they have to be reinstalled. Fix that problem and the rating would jump to five stars, immediately. Also, it would be nice to have the option of a paid version of this app so we could get rid of the ads, which are a nuisance.

The timing of the buses mainly is off timing as to the arrivals of the buses. As much as 20 to 25 minutes when the final seconds are displayed on the app. When you need the app to function it normally misreads the timing of the bus. The counter also flips for 2 minutes to 7 minutes back to 4 minutes or will count down t ok the final seconds without a bus showing up at all. You can't put all your eggs in the basket at once on JTA or this app. .

For some reason it works fine except when I try to see where the bus is live on the map, it just closes the app 🤷

This app is very good most of the time since I've been using it only once since I've used it it was off or either the bus was running ahead of schedule or something

Very poor experience. The app won't even load on my android tablet. It opens the logo page and then it crashes.
