So the online ordering for this app doesn't work as advertised. Always says order will be ready a minute after I order. The first two times I went immediately to the restaurant and waited 10 more minutes. The 3rd time I ordered, I waited 10 minutes before departing for the restaurant and alas, still waited 5 minutes as they weren't busy.

Ordered on the mobile app for 5:45pm pickup. Showed up at 5:43 with no food in the mobile pick-up area. Sat down and waited till 6:00pm. Still no food, waited in the front cashier's line to ask when I could expect the food. The cashier went back to ask the manger and came back and said it would be right out. Stepped aside and waited again for 20min until finally my food was brought out at 6:20pm. About 20 customers ordered and got their food before me. No explanations and no apologies.

Let's see here half time app is broken, half time it works. Order always says it's ready when you get there they haven't started it, and on too that employees lie about there knowledge of the app. I just wish it say hay in 20-40 minutes your food will be ready or pls add button to say hay I'm in parking lot we will start your order now. Do something damnit!

I was unable to sign up to place an order. Everytime I tried to sign up & place an order, the app would ask me for something that I did not have an option to create. I don't understand this app. It is so frustrating. I.E. 10 digit phone number, or user name.

They need to fire the company they used to make the app. Judging by all the other reviews going back at least several months, the inability to login has been an issue for a long time. This is just a basic app that's only a web portal, this shouldn't be hard to have remade by a competent developer.

I have used the app twice to order food, and have waited 25 minutes and 10 minutes past the apps estimated time. The first time, I watched multiple people order food and receive their order before I receive my order. The app does not work well.
