there's no other way to do irrigation. the money you save in watering is enough to pay for itself altogether, let alone the cost difference between this and other more basic units. in 20 years you probably won't be allowed to NOT have a smart irrigation box like this one, in California at least. great product. I never have connectivity issues and it's mounted on far side of house away from wifi router. app is easy to use and communicates just the right amount of information.

rain anticipation needs adjustment because chances of rain late in the day does not mean it will happen. A alert to cell phone for a yes or no consideration would be great simple software update. Also second time scheduling run would be nice rather than using quick run. Ability to reset defaults without deleting and re-entering the zone back, would make the app better, IMO. Thanks,

The app works perfectly with the sprinkler systems. Love the easy of use with the app. I took pictures of my lawn sections and imported them into the app. Now each zone corresponds to something I can see. It just makes it easier to be able to control it from my phone.

Easy install. Setup well done. Camera shots nicely help define each area. Wish it would save the definition of an area, and the photo taken. Been working great. Really like how easy it is to turn on just one specific area.

It's a confusing app. Could be more user friendly. It's easy to skip a day but if you want to turn it off for an extended time, it's very hard to find that function. I finally did but it's hidden pretty good. I used a bhyve previously and the bhyve is much easier to use.

love Rachio! Being able to fully customize my watering schedules and testing individual zones using the app is a big time saver. I had been a long time customer of the other well-known brands, but they are light years behind Rachio.
