Signed up, PAID for the promotional welcome voucher, went through the process of adding two different cards because the app kept telling me i had connection issues. Restarted mobile net, and then finally phone device because i thought issue was on my end, and i get the error message that the shop is closed which it clearly isnt as i'm standing outside the hawker. Wouldnt have cared, but the fact that you were cheeky enough to make users pay for the welcome voucher kept me persistent. Now i'm i

This app has good promos and easy to use. However want to offer 1 suggestion- to build dine in as an option automatically instead of us having to scan QR at store front first. Many times the store front QR code either not present, or not accessible (esp during peak w many ppl queueing) or too reflective. Then extra 20 cents charge for takeaway box I don't need. Would be good if I can choose dine in option without the hassle of scanning store front QR code. Hope the app developers consider this

First time trying this app. Using an android and the android back button isnt working. Have to press a back button on-screen. Being an android user, very instinctive to use the back button. Hope programmers and make the changes. Thanks.

Fuss-free and easy to use. Pleasant ordering experience that I get to avoid queues and avoid using cash to make orders at lau pa sat for my weekday lunch. And I love to redeem cash vouchers that offset my purchases, so easy and value for money.

Not a bad idea... Helps to defeat queuing time. The promotions have stopped today, not sure if it will continue though. Also, it need more hawkers to participate as it is still quite limited
