The app is slow which makes the task take longer than it should and the lagging causes blurry photos. Also, going through a store and taking photos of everything is sketch. I have been confronted by store managers everytime I do a shift. Of course none of them have any idea what you're doing and it takes some convincing to get them to let you finish. The best part is that your work can be rejected after you submit. So they get the photos but you don't get paid. More trouble than it's worth.

ES WAS a great app for doing "app work" & shifts. But not so much lately. This last bev wave, things REALLY went DOWNHILL! Support NEVER has your back, are TERRIBLE at responding, & try to blame YOU/US for THEIR screwups! They do unknown audits, etc. ES showed they don't care about their shifters, if we stay or go, even after 3 years! They think the more ppl working for them equals quality. Used to be good consistent pay on these, NOT THIS MONTH, plus an F-OFF if u don't like it! Super rude ES.

This app has turned into a scam. It used to pay on time a couple years ago but within the past year it rejects your shifts for EVERYTHING: example: per their instructions, you may take pics of the front & back of the store at angles to capture all end caps in the aisles, then rejects, saying "pics need to be head on". I used to do shifts almost daily on here, now, I will do a shift once a month if that and have been rejected since Feb 11. Uninstalling after 4 years.

This app used be great but over time the requirements keep increasing with a higher chance of rejections. If you are rejected after taking 100+ photos you literally get nothing. I used to enjoy the app when there were 5-10 minute long shifts available. Nowadays seems like they want half of the entire store.

Very best app , pays quickly and well, I've made a lot of spare cash with this app, although I hate to give up my secret and have jobs taken away from me, so...this app is the worst, don't download it.

I use to make lots of money with this app but now every time I try to do a shift there is always some kind of issue with the app last shift I did I spent hours in the store taking pictures of isles displays and coolers just for the shift not to go through when I submitted it and it expires when I contacted support I got no reply don't waste your time there are better secret shopping apps
