AVL like My insurance policy, they're always there when I need them.

Don't bother driving for them expecting that they will honor a private contracting agreement. They will terminate your contract unlawfully If you will not drive the hours that they want and not the hours that are best for the driver. I have recorded correspondence to prove it if you like.
